OUR CORE VALUES

  • Many streams, one direction.

  • We serve alongside the wider body of Christ which includes churches, parachurches and groundups.

  • Supporting missionaries before, during, and after the field.

  • Empowering churches to be missionally engaged.

  • A trans-denominational movement building the missions ecosystem.

OUR THREE PILLARS

  • Serving the Missions Ecosystem

Antioch21 acts as a catalyst to strengthen Singapore's mission ecosystem — connecting churches, parachurches, and organisations around a shared vision of fulfilling the great commission. We build awareness, foster collaboration, and develop the capabilities needed to sustain a long-term missions movement sent from Singapore.

    Antioch Summit 2025

The Antioch Summit in 2025 reached close to 1,200 participants, from over 180 churches. It was a time set aside to seek the Lord collectively, plan intentionally and connect relationally.

    Prata Meets Tiramisu

A trusted space where churches and parachurches can come together, build genuine relationships, and find the partners they need for the journey ahead.

    Missions Seed Fund

A collaborative fund that comes alongside local churches, pooling resources and shared commitment to support the sending of long-term missionaries from Singapore to the nations. As of May 2026, the Seed Fund is supporting 17 missionaries from 6 churches to serve across at least 5 countries, spanning East Asia, West Asia, and Central Asia.

  • Serving the Local Church

Every church is called to be a sending church.

We come alongside individuals who carry that vision, equipping them through tools and training, learning communities, and strategic partnerships so their churches grow in the conviction and competency to send missionaries out long term, effectively and sustainably.

    The Learning Journey

Building a missions-engaged church takes more than vision — it takes practical knowledge and ongoing support. Our monthly sessions equip local church leaders in the areas that matter most: integrating worship and missions, navigating missions funding and policies, and leading cultural change from within. As of May 2026, the Learning Journey has served close to 120 people across 52 churches.

Church Missions Readiness Assessment (CMRA) Tool

A self-reported diagnostic that helps churches discover where they can grow to strengthen their missions sending practices. From Oct 2024 to May 2026, we have received 481 individual responses for the CMRA.

One on one engagement and partnerships

    Ongoing consultation and relationship conversations.

  • Serving Potential and Returned Missionaries

We cultivate a community for those discerning a call to missions, as well as those already on the field or returned home.

In partnership with churches and agencies, we walk alongside individuals wherever they are in their missions journey.

    Antioch Campus

The next generation has a vital role to play in Singapore's missions movement. This programme equips youth and young adults with an early exposure to missions.

    1361

A training programme for those who are seriously considering taking the step to be sent out long-term — whether for one month, three months, six months, or a year. As of May 2026, 1361 has served 255 participants across 9 batches, from 89 churches.

    Burning Amber

There is nothing quite like hearing from those who have gone before. At Burning Amber, we create space for past missionaries and 1361 participants to share their stories from the field — to encourage, inspire, and stir others toward God’s call and assignment. As of May 2026, Burning Amber has served 232 participants across 3 batches, from 65 churches.

    Returned Missionaries

Returning from the field is its own journey. We create spaces that bring returned missionaries together in the spirit of fostering community, providing care, and honouring the individuals for their courage and obedience to the Lord.
